Individual Session (50 minutes) ……………… $180
A note about my rates:
I offer a free initial 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you might have and see if my services would be a good fit for your needs.
Our first session together can take up to 80 minutes as we get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and talk about what our work together may look like. My rate for intake sessions is $290.
After our initial appointment, my rate is $180 per 50-minute session.
Payment:
I accept payment via cash, check, credit, debit, HSA, or FSA at the end of each session.
Insurance:
Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if your insurance provides you with Out of Network (OON) benefits, I am happy to provide you with a superbill. This is a receipt that you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier, if applicable. For more information, check out this Step-by-Step Guide to Out-of-Network Benefits.
Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
